📋 Description

• Ensure timely execution of grant/sub-award agreements and maintain project records in the grants management database • Coordinate grants management processes with Foundation Partnerships relationship managers and UNICEF USA departments • Initiate and monitor due diligence and legal reviews • Facilitate pledge and payment recording, documentation, and fund transfers • Liaise with finance and compliance personnel on sub-granting and contracting issues • Review and prepare initial grant proposal budgets and financial reporting • Manage workflows for grant agreements, invoices, reimbursements, payment requests, and grant/project/budget revisions • Maintain information on partner activations, events, and engagements • Conduct prospect research and foundation-sector landscape analyses • Monitor and communicate foundation and partner trends • Contribute to thematic and prospect strategies • Create partner engagement materials, including presentations, concept notes, one-pagers, and briefing notes • Provide scheduling and calendar support for team-wide events • Coordinate team and partner meetings • Maintain process documents and audit adherence • Maintain and improve team knowledge information systems • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications, Global Programs, Legal, and Grants Management/Finance • Serve as liaison to cross-functional teams • Train new staff and provide onboarding support • Prepare analytic reports and presentations and report on meetings and information-sharing sessions • Capture and track grant impact data and narrative points • Coordinate learning sessions, grant closeout debriefs, and related sessions • Support coordination across decentralized partnership portfolios • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, systems, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with three to four years of experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines from different task owners • Experience working with program finances and budgets • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including common functions/formulas • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to learn and adapt as needed
