📋 Description

• Manage several OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs varying in size from small to large • Provide administrative support to an assigned group of clients, including Wrap-Up accounts • Support the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects • Initiate renewals and develop renewal strategies with the Producer • Analyze and compare current exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications for marketing • Review and summarize marketing results and prepare proposals • Assist with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiations • Resolve customer service inquiries through research and interaction with carriers or agents • Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy • Finalize proposals and presentations in coordination with the Producer • Prepare renewals and client information presentations and assist with RFP responses • Meet with clients as needed or directed by the Producer • Maintain complete and accurate agency management system data • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Four (4) or more years related work experience • Valid Insurance license • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced planning, organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork • Excellent customer services skills, including telephone and listening skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
