📋 Description

• Promote Allianz products and services to Registered Representatives within the assigned territory • Develop and maintain solid business relationships while adhering to Allianz’s sales philosophy • Achieve territory sales targets and market share goals • Meet or exceed producer goals, focusing on retention, production-level producers, and new producers/winbacks • Promote and leverage technology tools and integrate best practices • Conduct and log weekly activity numbers in Salesforce • Remain compliant with ALFS policies and procedures • Manage expenses and stay within allocated travel, entertainment, and marketing support budgets • Partner with the Internal Retirement Consultant • Maintain territory segmentation, zones/rotations, meeting notes, and communications • Execute marketing campaigns and manage email and voicemail communications • Develop expertise in Allianz products, annuity competition, holistic financial planning, and related technology ecosystems • Provide non-product value through advanced markets, practice management, FinTech, marketing, and branding resources • Create and execute personalized events and campaigns to attract, grow, and retain producers • Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources, including generative AI

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven sales ability within the Financial Services industry • Current FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses • Current State Life/Annuity Insurance license • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Exceptional time management skills • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Scheduling of appointments and reporting of 7-day past and 21-day out calendar • One-on-one meetings with advisors • Implementation of company programs • Day-to-day travel and entertainment expenses • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future
