📋 Description

• Retrieve and submit inbound and outbound data • Receive and submit files to and from various vendors daily • Process 837 files and convert .txt files • Prepare and transfer files into the internal programming system for processing and payment • Encrypt and decrypt files • Run queries in Access • Run and review reports in Excel • Conduct eligibility matching using enrollee and member demographics in the internal master database • Route completed claims to internal mailboxes accurately and within timelines • Train EDI Coordinators on new and updated workflows and procedures • Interpret and explain procedures to EDI Coordinators • Conduct departmental internal audits covering staff and external vendors • Handle departmental projects while maintaining assigned workflows • Resolve complex departmental issues with assistance from other departments, staff, or vendors • Provide EDI support to outside trading partners and internal staff • Process failed transactions and resolve missing acknowledgments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Data entry speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour with accuracy • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access • Good problem-solving skills • Analytical skills • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload • Ability to work extended periods at a desk and computer
