📋 Description

• Support BIM project setup, document management, and deliverable coordination • Review project scope and contract documents and participate in kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems • Organize project documents, installation drawings, and revision tracking • Assist with BIM execution strategies and coordination plans • Develop mechanical models in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks • Perform clash detection and resolution with electrical, plumbing, and structural trades • Support prefabrication planning, including spool drawings, conduit layouts, and material takeoffs • Update as-built models to reflect field conditions and revisions • Conduct daily model reviews and perform QA/QC on mechanical deliverables • Review and redline mechanical drawings, submittals, and contract documents • Collaborate with contractors, foremen, project managers, and field teams to resolve constructability concerns • Attend weekly BIM coordination meetings and contribute to problem resolution • Support remote teams and provide technical direction • Assist with site visits to validate constructability and improve BIM workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in BIM/VDC for mechanical construction • Ability to analyze modeling challenges and provide constructible solutions • Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Procore • Ability to collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field teams • Familiarity with mechanical systems, conduit routing, NEC codes, and field installation practices • Full responsibility for BIM model accuracy, project success, and team collaboration • Experience with multidisciplinary coordination efforts in BIM
