📋 Description

• Lead the seamless integration of MEP systems into BIM models, ensuring data accuracy and clash-free coordination • Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with other trades and disciplines • Model and coordinate MEP systems with subcontractors for accurate representation and prefabrication-ready outputs • Utilize modeling, coordination, and spooling experience for prefabrication across various MEP components • Develop and enforce MEP-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices • Manage creation and maintenance of MEP BIM models for accuracy and constructability • Deliver training and mentorship on MEP BIM/VDC workflows and standards • Stay informed on emerging BIM software and tools affecting MEP modeling and coordination • Foster collaboration between BIM, field, and project management teams • Analyze BIM data and reporting metrics to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities • Review MEP models for completeness and compliance with established standards • Produce detailed construction documentation from MEP models per industry and project specifications • Continuously improve workflows and tools supporting model quality and efficiency • Prioritize and manage deadlines while proactively addressing potential delays

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in MEP-related BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep) • Strong experience in BIM coordination workflows across multiple MEP trades • Familiarity with prefabrication detailing and spooling processes • Evolve MEP experience is a plus • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to mentor and train others in MEP BIM tools and workflows • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and industry certifications is a plus • Experience collaborating with field, shop, and project stakeholders
