📋 Description

• Analyze current and historical claims data for prospective and current client health plans • Support sales, retention, and marketing teams with data-driven information for client acquisition strategies • Review and prepare new and renewal business proposals with competitive and accurate pricing • Develop understanding of Allied product offerings • Support strategic placement of stop loss coverage under senior team guidance • Assist with negotiations for new business prospects and renewal clients • Manage vendor-partner relationships under supervision • Support network analysis for new and current business prospects • Collaborate with stop-loss partners on pricing strategies • Support Sales Executive/Client Executive sales, retention, and marketing calls • Build strategic external and cross-departmental relationships • Continue learning group medical stop loss reinsurance and underwriting principles • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical role required • Some familiarity with Group Health Insurance and/or Stop Loss experience is advantageous but not required • Medical Stop Loss Underwriting experience a plus • Microsoft Access experience a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work within a team and a collaborative environment • Ability to self-audit • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics) • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload
