📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases • Analyze test results and report defects to relevant stakeholders • Identify, track, and document software issues and report them to the project team • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure software meets business and technical requirements • Recommend improvements to the testing process • Maintain accurate work time records in the time entry system • Continuously develop role-related skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices • Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the software development industry, with a focus on software testing • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches, and the software development life cycle • In-depth knowledge of test planning and execution • Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases • Proven track record of identifying and reporting defects • Experience collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality • Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and emails • Experience with cross-browser apps such as Sauce Labs is a plus
