📋 Description

• Handle repricing adjustments • Handle group exception referrals • Work with claim department personnel to determine the appropriateness of RRT referrals • Process and analyze RX refunds • Track and handle assigned projects • Update accumulators • Recalculate claims due to accumulator updates • Perform other duties as assigned • Examine claim calculations and claimant history to determine adjustment accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years medical claims processing experience required • Experience with the QicLink claims processing system preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Access • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload
