📋 Description

• Support financial analytics and serve as a business partner to operational leadership • Collaborate with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, business initiatives and ongoing performance management • Communicate complex financial topics and provide education and training to business operators • Develop and lead the budget process, including volumes, revenue, staffing and expenses • Analyze monthly target-versus-actual variances and partner with leadership on improvement plans • Recommend monthly expense accruals • Communicate financial trends supporting forecasting, budgeting and monthly variance analysis • Use analytical tools to identify improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations • Understand revenue cycle trends and changes, partnering with internal subject matter experts • Support complex ad hoc analyses involving staffing changes, new services or technology, new providers, and drug and supply expense management • Serve as financial liaison for JV and PSA arrangements, including budgets and monthly financial analytics • Partner with leadership on business plans for capital and program expansion • Collaborate with vendors and business partners to design technology applications for forecasting, cost accounting and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field • 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or a finance-related field required in a health care setting • Master's degree preferred • Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance management • Ability to analyze revenue cycle trends and financial data • Experience with staffing, revenue, expense, capital and program expansion analysis • Ability to perform complex ad hoc financial analyses • Ability to collaborate with operational leaders, vendors and business partners • Sedentary physical demands: lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally and negligible weight frequently
