📋 Description

• Grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships • Apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customers’ understanding of insurance value • Cultivate long-term customer relationships through trusted advice • Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers • Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources • Offer Allstate products that meet customers’ needs • Help the local community prepare for life’s uncertainties • Educate prospective customers on protecting their families and assets • Provide a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in GA, SC, NC, KY • Must hold an active GA Insurance License P&C or Personal Lines OR be willing to obtain a non-resident license in GA (required) • Must have 1 year of Allstate Insurance Experience (mandatory requirement) • 1-3+ years of continuous employment in the Insurance Industry • Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently • Cold calling/outbound calls experience • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to undergo a background check
