📋 Description

• Prepare and support financial statements (GAAP and statutory) including related schedules and disclosures • Perform financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and proper elimination of intercompany transactions • Maintain and analyze general ledger activity • Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and variance explanations • Execute and review account reconciliations including those involving complex accounting processes • Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple finance teams and business units • Contribute to and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• CPA or CPA-eligible (actively pursuing or completed educational requirements) • Experience with financial reporting and general ledger accounting • Strong understanding of financial statements and transaction flows • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • 2+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred • Consolidations experience in a multi-entity environment preferred
