📋 Description

• Expertly handle invoice processing, coding, tracking, and payment entry to ensure flawless accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. • Utilize deep expertise in Yardi Voyager 7S and procure-to-pay workflows to seamlessly process transactions and maintain exceptionally accurate accounting records. • Proactively review billing information and financial data to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and uphold the highest standards of financial accuracy. • Think critically, recommend workflow improvements, and collaborate closely with leadership to build more efficient accounting practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience accounting • Proficient in Yardi Voyager 7S • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools • Reliable
