📋 Description
• Oversee client engagements, manage timelines, priorities, budgets, and deliverables • Lead daily valuation and NAV calculations • Analyze results and investigate variances • Provide technical review, quality oversight, and direct team leadership • Evaluate existing workflows, templates, and documentation to identify opportunities for standardization and automation • Coach and mentor colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• Strong accounting background • Direct experience supporting NAV calculations or NAV reporting • Experience with daily valuation, real estate fund accounting, valuation advisory, or commercial real estate valuation • Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Ability to review and challenge financial analyses • Experience with accounting or financial systems • Familiarity with platforms such as Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards or similar systems • Ability to manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and priorities
