📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Evaluate claim details and conduct thorough coverage analysis • Handle basic investigations involving coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Use company systems and technology • Partner with others to determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling • Apply understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling auto claims from investigation through resolution • Experience evaluating claim details, determining liability, interpreting policy language, and conducting coverage analysis • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Ability to handle coverage, liability, and damages investigations • Basic understanding of insurance policies and company systems and technology • Ability to identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service, analytical thinking, policy interpretation, and time/task management skills
