📋 Description

• Lead a team of Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters handling non-attorney represented auto casualty claims • Drive operational excellence and foster a customer-focused culture while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations • Coach and develop team members • Ensure quality claim outcomes and balance customer experience, claim quality, and financial stewardship • Participate frequently in special projects as a subject matter expert • Manage and oversee vendor performance • Oversee responses to highly complex arbitration contentions • Oversee negotiation of highly complex claim settlements • Oversee resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues • Analyze unit reports and support achievement of business unit objectives • Define, analyze, and track department, section, and/or unit measures • Review employee work quality and customer interactions through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews • Supervise employees

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced background in bodily injury claims leadership • Demonstrated success managing performance • Ability to balance customer experience, claim quality, and financial stewardship • Ability to navigate complex claim scenarios • Ability to build strong partnerships and inspire team performance • Claims Processing • Conflict Management • Employee Supervision • Negotiation • Supervisory experience/duties • Required Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
