📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Handle complex auto injury claims in Georgia and/or Florida • Partner with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence within increased authority

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced adjuster preferred by the role description • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Investigative skills • Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Collaboration and communication skills • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
