📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve assigned Commercial General Liability Property Damage claims within authorized limits • Handle more complex claims with minimal supervision • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers • Communicate regularly with agents, insureds, and Commercial Lines to build business partner relationships • Serve as the point person for identified large customer accounts requiring specialized communication and handling • Maintain proper claim reserves through proactive investigation and ongoing review • Assist other departments with investigations when required • Handle general liability claims during high-volume workload periods • Manage the diary system and workload effectively and efficiently with limited supervision or direction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education • Five years of claims experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Critical thinking competencies • Proficiency with personal computers • Ability to interact professionally with customers and agents • State-specific adjuster’s license may be required • Commercial general liability property claims handling exposure or frontline property claims handling experience preferred for property-focused roles • Construction Defect experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred
