📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Apply understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Investigate auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages with limited discretion • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented professional • Basic understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when handled • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential • Medical terminology • Case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • For work from home: dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
