📋 Description

• Provide Agents exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat • Manage and motivate ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors • Support operational initiatives that achieve Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area, and Company business objectives • Develop strategies to achieve employee performance levels and expert execution of claim processes • Monitor staffing levels and workloads • Provide coaching and mentoring and participate in performance reviews • Manage customer conflicts and assist with establishing unit goals and objectives • Deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy to ensure customer retention • Participate frequently in special projects as a subject matter expert • Manage and oversee vendor performance • Oversee responses to highly complex arbitrations contentions • Oversee negotiation of highly complex claim settlements • Oversee resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues • Analyze unit reports and support achievement of business unit objectives • Define, analyze, and track department, section, and/or unit measures • Review employee work quality and customer interactions through ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews • Supervise adjuster staff or vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Must be able to work a Pacific time zone schedule (8am to 5pm Pacific time) if not located in the Pacific time zone • Experience and qualifications considered in compensation • Supervisory duties required • Claims processing • Conflict management • Employee supervision • Negotiation • Ability to manage ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors • Ability to oversee auto liability adjusters in the West Coast • Ability to oversee complex arbitrations, claim settlements, and customer conflicts • Ability to analyze unit reports and track department, section, and/or unit measures • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private, distraction-free workspace with appropriate desk and seating when working from home
