📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex specialty claims involving commercial casualty losses • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Conduct detailed investigations and negotiate claim settlements within authority limits • Investigate all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply advanced understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Collaborate with internal and external partners throughout the claims process • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling commercial casualty claims • Experience with attorney-represented bodily injury claims • Experience investigating auto liability and injury claims • Experience with complex coverage, liability, and damage assessments • Experience negotiating and settling moderate to complex injury claims • Subrogation and fraud identification experience preferred • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
