📋 Description

• Drive results through effective relationships with cross-functional leadership • Develop change management and communication strategies and materials for new plans, programs, or processes • Analyze statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes and provide action alternatives for improvement • Develop business cases and influence others to take recommended actions • Demonstrate business knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision • Enable leadership efforts for continuous process and program improvement • Ensure initiatives align with company growth and profit goals • Lead development of strategies to achieve plan objectives • Lead development and design of new plans, programs, and processes • Support removal of barriers to cooperative efforts across functions

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • 3 or more years of consultation or strategic planning experience (Preferred) • Writing experience (Preferred) • Ability to work cross functionally (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Required to submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
