📋 Description

• Oversee management of operations and the support team for the assigned district • Develop and implement operational strategies • Resolve operational issues and provide direction and guidance for the district team • Select, train and develop staff • Coordinate operational and day-to-day functional activities • Communicate with district and regional leadership • Manage district-wide operational strategy rollouts, budgets and goals • Collect data and submit reports as needed • Determine the operational plan with the manager, General Manager and Regional Leadership • Determine market opportunities for new products and services • Ensure operational activities are conducted within the expense budget • Manage a larger team or multiple small teams through subordinate management and/or supervisory staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older • Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline • Generally 7+ years experience in related field • May require certification • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • Ability to operate a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week
