📋 Description

• Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence across Retail Operations • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate complex business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations • Support data validation efforts • Manage multiple initiatives and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders • Develop executive-ready presentations and communications • Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Bridge business and technical stakeholders while driving projects forward amid ambiguity • Ensure data-driven products and insights are accurate, impactful, and aligned with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, decision science, business intelligence, reporting, data science, consulting, or a related field • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders • Experience developing presentations and communications for business and leadership audiences • Ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to business partners and leadership audiences • Ability to develop compelling, data-driven narratives and executive-level PowerPoint presentations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline • Experience with large and complex datasets from multiple business and technology platforms and/or SQL and analytics, visualization, or reporting tools • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira • Experience in Retail, Healthcare, Consumer Analytics, or other large-scale operational environments
