📋 Description

• Create or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims • Determine the proper disposition of auto or specialty claims • Train, mentor, control quality, and provide technical assistance on material damage claims • Negotiate settlements and make settlement payments • Document activities in complex files across multiple lines • Evaluate settlement alternatives for regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Support the Bolingbrook, Burr Ridge, and Naperville territory

🎯 Requirements

• Strong estimating fundamentals for auto and specialty material damage claims • Deep understanding of all policy types written by the company • Hands-on experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software • Proven negotiation skills • Strong time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Customer-focused approach • Critical thinking and financial analysis skills • Knowledge of appraisal software, auto estimating, material damage claims, and quality management • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
