📋 Description

• Create or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims • Determine the proper disposition of auto or specialty line claims • Train, mentor, control quality, and provide technical assistance on material damage claims • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files across multiple lines • Evaluate settlement alternatives for regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines • Support the Bolingbrook, Burr Ridge, and Naperville territory

🎯 Requirements

• Strong estimating fundamentals for auto and specialty material damage claims • Hands-on experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software • Proven negotiation skills • Strong time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Customer-focused approach • Deep understanding of company policy types • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Financial analysis and business acumen • Critical thinking • Material damage claims experience • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
