📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners claims • Determine coverage and damages and adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Handle homeowner first-party claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation • Partner with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify residential construction and repair components • Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle accordingly • Work independently and prioritize responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience handling residential homeowner claims highly preferred • Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis highly preferred • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
