📋 Description

• Develop overall product planning by contributing to or creating stories for complex features • Guide story development for team members who are learning • Organize, lead, and finalize feature review sessions for complex business issues and requirements • Document decisions from feature review sessions • Coach newer team members on their features and delivery • Create functional designs for complex business processes, issues, and product feature requirements • Configure or develop within vendor software • Review and verify operation of new vendor release features • Leverage vendor defect resolution procedures and support tools to resolve issues • Provide training for team members and users • Assist in developing team bench strength • Evaluate proposed software products against strategic corporate and vendor direction • Support planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing • Manage issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories • Partner with business groups and technical teams to resolve technology issues across multiple business areas • Provide subject matter expertise across multiple processes and applications • This job does not have supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Expertise in vended software, particularly ERP applications • Knowledge of application functionality and client business processes • Ability to create technical and process designs • Ability to configure vendor software • Moderate technical skills for functional design • Knowledge of vendor feature roadmaps and support processes • Experience with defect resolution procedures and support tools • Knowledge of integrated requirements • Experience with module and integration testing • Experience managing issues and blockers • Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable Processing, Billing, Cash Disbursements, Collections Management, Defect Resolution, ERP Applications, Functional Designs, Insurance Billing, Integration Testing, Invoices, Issue Management, Payment Processing, SAP Development, SAP FI Accounts Receivable, SAP FICA, and SAP Management • Successful completion of a background investigation • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
