📋 Description

• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant clinical operations, products, services, and competitive products • Provide clinical leadership to BD customers implementing interoperability and connectivity products • Interact with and support the Project Manager to ensure timely, productive implementations • Collaborate with hospital clinicians and EMR vendors to facilitate clinical workflows and develop policies and procedures • Review and facilitate customer awareness of common HL7 error codes • Escalate issues to clinical and technical subject matter experts when appropriate • Follow up with customers for system assessment, customer satisfaction, problem solving, and evaluation of BD products and solutions • Develop recommendations so customers realize the full benefits and capabilities of implemented solutions • Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings for BD Infusion product implementations • Establish rapport with customers and support long-term business relationships • Provide team support and Infusion product information as assigned by the manager • Support mentoring of team members to ensure product and process competency • Guide customer site assessment reviews and facilitate project design and implementation of Infusion products and technologies • Provide feedback to Business Operations and Field Trainers for continuous improvement of implementation methodology, tools, and services • Interact with and guide diverse cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes • Aid customers in improving business and practice operations, including standardization across hospital systems • Influence customer acceptance and utilization of BD Infusion products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Current Nursing Degree required • 4-6 years of experience in related field • Acute care hospital experience required, preferably with nursing informatics or leadership experience • Pediatric, NICU, and Oncology experience highly desired • Valid driver license and ability to maintain it • Must be at least 21 years old • Willingness to travel 75-100%, including overnight travel • Flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends • Ability to work independently from a home office • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and perform pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting • Upon hire, provide proof of and maintain current immunizations: Hepatitis B, current-year Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis, and Covid-19 • Must obtain additional immunizations appropriate for customer facilities • Must meet vendor credential requirements for assigned customer sites • Ability to function in a highly regulated industry • Knowledge of clinical workflow processes • Knowledge of established Infusion product implementation methodologies and tools or equivalent industry standards • Detail orientation and ability to coordinate complex projects • Critical thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation skills • Ability to install and support BD Infusion hardware and software solutions • Leadership skills to manage customer teams, negotiate effectively, gain consensus, and deliver concise, consistent communication
