📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and provide consistent customer consultation • Fulfill requests regarding regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas • Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Respond to requests from current and new clients and help them travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • International experience is a plus • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Must be located in the United States
