📋 Description

• Work as a strategic partner with members of the senior executive team to develop and advance the clinical development strategy • Drive the clinical research vision and regulatory roadmap for the company • Direct the development of clinical strategies and programs • Formulate standards and policies to maximize the potential success of compounds under development • Develop a target product profile and development plan • Execute clinical trials • Coordinate with clinical research organizations and other vendors • Develop and manage clinical advisory boards • Broaden internal clinical research capabilities • Oversee clinical collaboration efforts with partners, principal investigators, and key opinion leaders • Provide insight and guidance on clinical and medical needs for strategic direction and new business opportunities • Provide oversight and leadership across clinical operations, clinical science, medical monitoring, and regulatory affairs • Drive execution of clinical trial plans to deliver safety, pharmacokinetic, and efficacy data supporting regulatory and marketing proof-of-relevance • Establish and maintain relationships with principal investigators, consultants, and KOLs • Maintain understanding of competitors and clinical developments by attending scientific meetings and tracking literature • Assist in seeking product and technology alliances with pharmaceutical company partners • Establish and maintain collaborations with partners in academia, government, and industry

🎯 Requirements

• Small molecule drug development experience in the fields of Immunology and Inflammation
