📋 Description

• Support Allstate Health Solutions technology platforms across Quotit, AgentCubed, AHIT, and Medicare Benefits • Support platform solution design and integration strategies • Perform hands-on API validation and testing using tools such as Postman • Assist with Azure migration planning, environment readiness, and cutover execution • Coordinate DevOps readiness, including repository access, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes • Support data migration planning and validation, including PHI/PII considerations • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies across environments, security, and integrations • Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into implementable solutions • Produce technical documentation, decision logs, and stakeholder updates • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform, Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, and Vendors • Enable product delivery, platform modernization, secure integrations, and operational stability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years progressive experience • Hands-on API + integration experience • Azure/cloud experience • Working knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, repos, deployments) • Ability to execute within platform delivery (not just architect) • Strong communication + documentation skills • Work directly with engineers (debug, validate, iterate) • Communicate across technical and business stakeholders • Document risks, decisions, and dependencies clearly • Preferred: .NET / C# / SQL / Cosmos DB • Preferred: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, IaC tools • Experience with API tools such as Postman • Experience with cloud/data migration and cutover activities • Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI/PII, HITRUST) • Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, vendor/platform integrations, Azure AI, and OpenAI integrations • Required to submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
