📋 Description

• Receive inbound calls from customers with questions about health insurance options in 20–50 states • Assist with escalated customer issues • Provide a positive customer experience and achieve excellent customer satisfaction • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and productivity goals • Update customer files in CRM with interaction summaries • Facilitate call center opening and closing procedures as needed • Make outbound sales calls on various campaigns • Recommend plans and enroll prospects according to customer needs • Quote, present, and close sales while overcoming objections • Follow up consistently with prospects in the book of business • Consult and educate seniors aged 65 and older on Medicare Life and Health Plans via phone • Work with company-provided leads in an inside-sales environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently hold an active Life and Health General Lines License in your state of residence • At least 1 year of sales or related experience preferred • Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule • Ability to work independently and be accountable for performance • Able to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously • Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated private workspace at home • Minimum internet speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • HS Diploma or GED required • Must submit to a background investigation • Generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas
