📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on Company, Product, Promotions, E-commerce, and Digital topics • Support associates handling contacts through phone, email, social, and chat channels • Act as a company ambassador by diagnosing issues and delivering high-quality service • Research and resolve issues for consumers, business partners, and Company associates using multiple information systems • Follow up with consumers on escalated complaints and gather necessary details • Maintain records, research account history, and escalate issues appropriately • Manage consumer expectations through effective communication and stakeholder engagement • Listen to inquiries and apply job knowledge to complete requests and ensure satisfaction • Research E-commerce orders and use resources/tools to problem-solve and make appropriate decisions • Access multiple system applications simultaneously to service customers • Assist with projects based on business needs • Reduce potential escalation to media, legal entities, or senior company executives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or related field • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience • 2+ years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Office • CRM experience preferred, but not required • Great communication and people skills • Ability to accurately input data, write routine reports, and correspondence • High level of customer service for internal and external customers • Proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making • Ability to work effectively with all levels of a global matrixed organization • Ability to adapt to changing demands and conditions • Flexibility to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s employment-based visa sponsorship
