📋 Description

• Receive 30–50 inbound calls daily from customers regarding property loss payments issued after approved insurance claims • Assist customers with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests related to insurance payouts • Process loss draft and property damage requirements, including documents, inspections, queues, and exceptions • Track and monitor claims to ensure proper processing and completion of repairs • Support borrowers and contractors with information on progressing claim files • De-escalate calls and process complaints • Handle disbursement of claim funds • Provide compassionate and professional support during sensitive property-damage situations • Accurately input call details and actions into tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2 years experience • Claims processing knowledge • Cross-training capability • Customer communications skills • Detail-oriented approach • Document validation skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Not available to residents of Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington state • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
