📋 Description

• Manage and resolve insurance claim denials to ensure accurate reimbursement and maintain revenue integrity • Provide support for all denial and audit activities across the Mercy Health ministry • Process and prepare outgoing mail • Perform data entry • Meet regulatory compliance requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass a typing test of 35 words per minute (error adjusted) • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Experience in physician and hospital operations, billing, AR follow-up, denials and appeals, compliance, and provider relations • 2 years of applicable experience strongly preferred • Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI, to improve processes and patient and client experiences • High school diploma or GED / 2-year associate degree
