📋 Description

• Complete a dedicated onboarding and training program • Collaborate directly with a Lead Advisor to learn Root's financial planning processes • Sit in on client meetings • Prepare for client meetings alongside the Lead Advisor • Determine which types of accounts to open for clients • Communicate with clients to request documentation, answer questions, and follow up after meetings • Provide 401k recommendations for clients • Become an expert in Right Capital, Holistiplan, the CRM, and other software • Provide service to clients and Root team members • Prepare for progression into a Lead Advisor role

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Positive and enthusiastic attitude • 2-5 prior years of experience in the financial planning industry • Experience with Dimensional Funds is a plus • Experience with Right Capital and Holistiplan is a plus • CFP exam passed preferred
