📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limit of authority • Investigate and resolve auto claims from first notice of loss through resolution • Assess damages and identify subrogation opportunities • Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits • Partner with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Handle all aspects of auto claims investigation, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, with discretion and independence • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Auto claims or insurance claims handling experience • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment • Experience investigating coverage, damages, and liability • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Subrogation and fraud identification experience preferred • Ability to independently manage claims from first notice of loss through resolution • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating for home working • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • No work visa sponsorship
