📋 Description

• Prioritize qualified leads generated through the website, referrals, live chat, and telephone • Drive sales revenue for Ed2go continuing education and career training programs • Match prospective students with suitable programs • Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact through initial enrollment • Ask probing questions and overcome objections • Counsel prospective students on educational and career objectives • Guide students through the enrollment process • Implement strategies to meet enrollment objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and skills, including the ability to navigate common software applications and systems • Basic troubleshooting skills for connectivity problems, login errors, or navigation challenges • Ability to use web-based platforms, CRM systems, and enrollment tools • Familiarity with email platforms, video conferencing tools, and instant messaging applications • Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections • Ability to counsel prospective students regarding educational and career objectives • Ability to guide students through the enrollment process • Ability to implement strategies to meet enrollment objectives • Technical expertise and capability to operate applications • Reliable Wifi connection (not a hotspot) • Proven success in a customer-facing role (preferred) • Some college coursework or degree (preferred) • Prior experience in Student Admissions/Enrollment (preferred)
