📋 Description

• Complete end-to-end provider enrollment applications • Maintain a detailed log of all pending and completed work • Communicate application results and status to physicians, payers, managers, and co-workers • Maintain physician enrollment and CAQH profiles • Document within the enrollment database • Coordinate signatures • Perform payer processing and research • Conduct extensive phone and internet work • Research and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment • Perform other tasks as needed • Report to the Director of Provider Relations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the medical billing field and/or healthcare provider relations • Prior Enrollment or Credentialing experience is preferred • College degree or degree in process preferred • Proven customer service, client relations, and claims resolutions experience • Professional demeanor with a self-starter attitude • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude • Detail-oriented, team player, and highly self-motivated • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments • Strong reporting expertise with ability to provide status reports and escalation where necessary • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times
