📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling for complex cases • Handle all aspects of complex auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when handled • Identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Mentor junior employees

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented professional • Experience and qualifications appropriate for Adjuster Cons. II or Adjuster Sr. Cons. I level • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate complex automobile claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Knowledge of medical terminology • Communication skills • Customer service skills • Empathy • Negotiation skills • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
