📋 Description
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard independent agents and agencies • Interpret and apply commission frameworks • Evaluate agent performance and determine ongoing participation • Serve as a subject matter expert on products and regulatory requirements • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex agent issues • Identify trends in agent activity and partner with cross-functional teams.
