📋 Description

• Support change management strategy and execution for the Allstate Agency channel • Participate in program management, editorial work, and strategic design • Plan and implement strategies for programs and processes supporting business objectives • Provide strategic planning, consulting, project management, and subject-matter expertise for focused initiatives • Develop effective relationships with cross-functional leadership • Analyze statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes and recommend action alternatives • Develop communication strategies and materials for new plans, programs, or processes • Identify opportunities and implement automated processes to improve efficiency • Support continuous improvements to processes and programs • Present business cases and influence recommended actions • Develop and design new plans, programs, and processes • Remove barriers to cooperative efforts across functions

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • 3 or more years of program management (Preferred) • Writing experience (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Background investigation required • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
