📋 Description
• Acts as a critical strategic liaison and execution driver across countrywide personal lines initiatives. • Connects business operation solution areas directly with IT support and development teams. • Tracks, organizes, and manages complex state-by-state or regional launch and rollout plans. • Confidently facilitates, leads, and organizes large-scale, cross-functional weekly meetings. • Maintains and updates an established automated SharePoint Form and Lists database.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of operational coordination, business liaison, or project execution experience within the insurance industry. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, and comfort navigating/troubleshooting existing VBA code). • Strong comfort with SharePoint Forms, Microsoft Lists, and running/interpreting Power BI dashboards. • Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional teams and meetings. • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts is a nice-to-have.
