β’ Act as a project management enablement resource across the entire CTI organization β’ Enable CTI teams to effectively project manage their own initiatives and processes β’ Provide hands on project management coaching and support β’ Support medium to large, cross functional initiatives β’ Promote consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI β’ Support project close out activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future delivery β’ Provide delivery and coordination support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce work
β’ Bachelorβs degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. β’ Five or more years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support β’ Demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives β’ Proven ability to enable and coach teams on effective project management practices β’ Experience working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders β’ Strong facilitation skills β’ Strong problem solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills β’ Hands on experience with modern project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms β’ Familiarity with Salesforce based commercial environments preferred.
