📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions • Consult with business partners to identify learning needs and develop solutions aligned to organizational priorities and desired performance outcomes • Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve learning programs, curricula, and performance support resources • Serve as a subject matter expert for learning offerings • Provide recommendations to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and overall effectiveness • Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement • Participate in cross-functional and agile project teams • Lead workstreams or serve as project lead for assigned initiatives • Ensure learning solutions support enterprise talent strategies, capability development, career growth, and skills-based workforce initiatives • Drive adoption of business-relevant skills through skills-based learning principles • Partner with stakeholders to keep learning experiences customer-centered, scalable, and aligned with evolving business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field required • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, etc. • Experience with Articulate 360, business needs, instructional design, learner engagement, Learning and Development (L&D), learning effectiveness, learning materials development, process improvements, training instruction, and training programs • Bachelor's degree preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirements • Required to submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of the interview
