📋 Description

• Develop training materials and learning content for Major Correctives operations, including Blade Repair and Major Component Upgrade activities • Partner with field teams, frontline leaders, technical and safety specialists, and stakeholders to gather field input • Translate field practices, technical processes, safety expectations, lessons learned, and operational needs into structured training materials • Create instructor guides, participant materials, task-based learning modules, practical exercises, job aids, assessments, and reference tools • Ensure materials align with approved procedures, technical standards, quality requirements, and EHS expectations • Support current work scopes and the scaling of new technologies, methods, and turbine platforms • Plan rollout and implementation of newly developed or revised training materials with the Training and Learning team • Coordinate implementation timing based on operational priorities, workforce readiness, campaign schedules, and business demand • Support deployment plans, audience identification, sequencing, and delivery readiness • Own the review, update, and enhancement of training content • Incorporate field feedback, lessons learned, quality findings, safety observations, technical updates, new technology introductions, and platform growth requirements • Improve content structure, learning effectiveness, standardization, and accessibility • Collaborate with operations leadership, EHS, engineering/technical support, quality, and Training and Learning stakeholders • Support training governance, lifecycle management, version control, and update tracking • Align training content with qualification or capability requirements as applicable • Drive consistency and standardization across Blade Repair and Major Component activities • Support operational readiness and workforce capability objectives • Report to the NAM Major Correctives Safety and Technical Leader

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years experience in training development, learning program coordination, technical documentation, workforce capability, or a related field • Ability and willingness to travel 50% • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Preferred: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, technical communication, engineering technology, business, or related field • Preferred experience in wind services, Blade Repair, Major Component Exchange, or other corrective field operations • Experience partnering with field teams and subject matter experts to build technical training content • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, or technical training development methods • Experience in field operations, technical service, industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or wind environments • Ability to develop structured training materials or technical learning content • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and field-based stakeholders • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and update cycles in a dynamic operating environment • Understanding of field safety, quality, and procedural requirements in industrial or wind service environments • Experience maintaining controlled documentation, revision history, and training content governance • Experience supporting training for new technology, platform expansion, or operational scaling efforts
