📋 Description

• Exceed new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio, and other KPI goals • Manage agents in an assigned market to increase company market share through profitable growth • Integrate products/users with industry technology and comparative rating platforms • Position and promote National General insurance products to independent agency partners • Develop and maintain the new agency appointment pipeline • Support National Accounts and Alternative Distribution Initiatives at the local market level • Coach new Territory Sales Managers • Consult with independent agents and gather market intelligence • Deliver the business unit’s annual execution plan for growth, profitability, agency engagement, and new appointments • Use production data and reporting to identify trends and address agency performance, training, and skill gaps • Collaborate with independent agencies on short- and long-term strategic business plans • Work with Product, Pricing, and Operations on stakeholder and risk analysis • Increase quote and issuance flow beyond filed and implemented rate and underwriting trends • Serve as a key liaison to independent agencies and industry associations • Be field-facing four days per week and maintain accurate sales activity, client interaction, and follow-up records in CRM software

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the greater Cincinnati area • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Consultative selling • Relationship building • Sales • Strategic collaboration • Territory management • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
