📋 Description

• Coordinate and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies in the master project schedule. • Launch new projects after Real Estate Committee approval and ensure required documentation and communications are in place. • Communicate milestone deadlines and critical path updates to stakeholders. • Identify schedule risks and collaborate on solutions. • Coordinate project kickoffs, status updates, and cross-functional meetings; document meeting notes and action items. • Administer Store Development platforms including Procore, Smartsheet, and shared project databases. • Manage system setup, project creation, user permissions, and stakeholder access. • Maintain folder structures and file-management compliance. • Partner with IT and project teams to streamline workflows, integrate platform data, and improve reporting. • Support dashboards, reports, and templates. • Train team members and vendors on platform use and best practices. • Coordinate communication across Real Estate, Store Design, Construction, Finance, Facilities, and Operations. • Align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across remodels, pop-ups, and relocations. • Liaise with landlords, vendors, and internal partners to support handoffs and documentation. • Support sustainability, technology, and brand standards in project processes. • Obtain, track, and file critical documents. • Coordinate utility setups and partner with Accounts Payable on account activation and billing accuracy. • Support vendor onboarding, purchase order tracking, and contract management. • Handle sensitive company and project information confidentially and professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in construction, store development, design coordination, or a related field. • Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong organizational and communication skills, with acute attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
