📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs • Review data and client progress • Edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Build relationships with families • Provide caregiver support and guidance • Collaborate with the team • Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA • Provide ongoing clinical care • No initial assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent certification • National certification as a Behavior Analyst • BCBA trainee may be considered with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license • Willingness to supervise and mentor RBTs • Ability to review data and client progress • Ability to edit programs and develop meaningful goals • Commitment to assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication • Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA • U.S. work authorization status is requested during application
