📋 Description

• Build a behavioral therapy practice from the ground up with Finni Health • Collaborate with the team on guidelines, handbooks, and processes for the practice • Communicate about billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines • Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians • Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed • Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports • Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and related in-service programs • Provide client-specific intervention training to staff and parents • Ensure treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect current research • Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback on ABA intervention implementation • Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field • Valid BCBA Certification • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired • Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred • Strong leadership skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • BCBA certification required • Authorized to work in the United States
